**Background**:
The Testing/Support Analyst will be an integral member of the Health Information Technology Services Program Office Team. Reporting to the Program Manager, the incumbent will lead and be responsible for the coordination of testing activities, developing updating/documenting and executing test cases and scripts in multiple environments, documenting test results and defects found during testing. They will work with internal team members and vendors, as well as partner hospital and or provincial health service provider resources to complete testing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- At least two (2) years practical working experience as a Software Support/Delivery Specialist with emphasis towards information system implementations including developing business requirements; detailed technical specifications, testing, and associated performance indicators;
- Experience with Health Service Provider integrations between two (2) or more solutions;
- Experience in conducting gap analysis with healthcare systems, automated testing strategies and tools, and an understanding of standard lab and clinical technology system nomenclature;
- University degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Technology

**Responsibilities**:

- Review test objectives with the project team as well as partner healthcare testing resources;
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and accurately document issues and work closely with all relevant teams to identify, test, remediate issues identified, retest and implement solutions;
- Maintain and manage testing issues ensuring accurate and timely updates are accessible for partners and stakeholders;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
