**Job Title: Entry-Level Customer Support Analyst (Vending Machine Business)**

As part of this expansion, we are looking for an Entry-Level Customer Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will focus on maintaining strong communication with our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and supporting our growth in the vending machine sector.

**Job Summary**: The Customer Support Analyst will play a key role in fostering positive relationships with our customers by providing exceptional communication and support. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, addressing their needs, and helping to resolve any issues related to our vending machines. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, as maintaining customer relationships will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty as we expand our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Communication & Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, taking calls and responding to inquiries related to our vending machine services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing clear, prompt solutions.
- Communicate regularly with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have about our products or services.
- **Customer Support & Issue Resolution**:

- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to vending machine operations, ensuring quick and efficient resolutions.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
- Escalate more complex issues to senior team members as needed, while keeping customers informed about the progress.
- **Customer Needs Analysis**:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify patterns, helping to improve the overall customer experience.
- Communicate insights and suggestions to the team for enhancing our vending machine services based on customer interactions.
- **Customer Retention & Satisfaction**:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing consistent, friendly, and helpful communication.
- Address concerns or complaints in a professional manner, aiming to retain customers and reduce churn.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers.
- Strong customer service mindset, with a passion for solving customer problems and enhancing their experience.
- Basic problem-solving skills, with the ability to assist customers with straightforward technical issues related to vending machines.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize calls and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred (but not required)**:

- Experience in customer service or communication-focused roles.
- Previous experience with CRM systems and basic troubleshooting (training provided).
