**MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT**

**Qualifications**:

- Education Required: Bachelor degree or associate degree
- Knowledge of safety compliance programs as best practices
- Knowledge in key maintenance programs, such as reliability metrics, parts inventory management, project management, machining and mechanical practices is essential
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office is an asset
- Ability to prioritize tasks to consistently meet deadlines
- Knowledge of daily management processes is considered an asset

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the complete maintenance program including a team of Supervisors, Industrial Mechanics, Welders, Electricians and Clean-up crew.
- Managing training and development programs to further the skills of the team
- Managing and preparing maintenance spending budgets
- Part and inventory control, payroll and preparing and actioning the team to improve and manage key performance indicators in the department
- Commitment to top performance in a safe work environment is necessary
