**Job Summary**:
Initially, this role will help map and deploy a global strategy to support all field marketing regions to deploy dedicated key strategic account campaigns and set them up for digital success. Simultaneously, they will have the ability to pilot their strategy with new vertical market launch campaigns.
This position will report to the Global Digital Demand Generation hub on the Global Digital marketing team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted to determine marketing and advertising needs of an establishment
- Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them
- Manage post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics
- Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Web sites and press releases
- Act as spokesperson for an organization and answer written and oral inquiries
- Coordinate special publicity events and promotions for internal and external audiences
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
- Represent and act as an agent for talented individuals or individuals with specific occupational expertise
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of digital marketing/demand generation/campaign management experience.
- Undergraduate degree or post-secondary certificate in marketing/digital marketing
- Demonstrated success in running demand generation programs and driving conversions in multi-channel campaigns.
- Previous cross-functional role experience implementing new tools, processes, and connections is an absolute must.
- Experience building digital multi-channel nurture programs to turn Leads into MQLs, SALs and SQLs.
- Experience running digital marketing analytics and reports.
- Project management.
- Experience managing/collaborating on marketing programs for teams within an organization.
- Strong project management & analytical skills. Data-driven thinking.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Experience with streamlining and automating processes.
- Experience with initiatives centered around lead process and pipeline management.
- Experience managing and collaborating with several departments cross functionally.
- Experience working with vendors and managing budgets.
- Autonomous, self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn and not afraid of a challenge.
- Working knowledge understanding of SEO/SEM and social media platforms.
- Working knowledge of MarTech tool stack (i.e., Pardot, Salesforce, WordPress).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools is a plus.

The Canadian base salary range for this full-time position is $74,000.16 - $79,673.00 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect base salary and certain positions may be offered additional variable incentives.
