**The Team**
McCain’s Global Supply Chain team is responsible for setting up the extended Supply Chain organization for success. The team focuses on enabling strong business performance by leveraging McCain’s global footprint as a competitive advantage. We partner with our Regional Supply Chains to evaluate the global flow of goods, establish core operating processes, and strengthen organizational capabilities. **SUMMARY**:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Actively contribute to the design and improved execution of a consistent Demand Planning process in the regions and globally**:
- Assess the current process maturity in the regions and globally, and manage projects to implement improvements
- Drive process design enhancements, and execution of technology and analytical roadmap
- Drive improvement of key Demand Planning metrics as defined by globally consistent S&OP process
- Collaborate with the regions and functional experts to design and deploy statistical forecasting capabilities
- Document process in the S&OP playbook and keep updated as needed
**Lead mid to long-term demand planning process as an input into S&OP and long-range planning**:
- Collaborate with global and regional commercial, finance and supply chain teams to consolidate and regularly review projected demand plans over 3-24 month and long-range horizon
- Provide input into Supply Chain design process and validate proposed capital investments to enable growth in the regions for priority categories
- Regularly review and identify discrepancies between S&OP demand plans, financial plans and long-range plans
**Lead Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process globally**:
- Establish and lead demand, commercial, and customer aspects of the S&OE process, with a focus on delivering optimal service to McCain’s customers
- Review S&OE KPIs and suggest solutions to improve performance proactively
- Ensure that Demand Plans are clearly articulated, supply constraints are identified, and actions are planned to address them
- Ensure that plans include quantification of the cost, cash, and profit margin impact, as well as risks and opportunities.
- Quantify and track S&OE value creation for McCain globally
**Support integration with other functions**:
- Partner with Global and Regional Analytics teams to drive evolution of Digital Supply Chain
- Work with Global Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align on business priorities that will drive optimal service to our customers while minimizing costs and driving profitable growth
- Propose opportunities to improve cross-functional collaboration and integration between processes and data
**Support the broader Supply Chain priorities, and lead the Supply Chain organizations through a transformation**:
- Leverage regional talent for global projects
- Bring forward industry best practices

**Education**:
- University Degree in Engineering or Business Administration (Master level preferred)
- Supply chain/logistics accreditation(s)
