**Job Overview**

The Behavioural Facilitator will be responsible for:

- Reviewing and analyzing client notes, statistics, program charting and behavioural data to enhance plan development.
- Drafting comprehensive Behavioural Support Plans individualized to each client in collaboration with specific clients, family, and/or other healthcare professionals.
- Implementing plans with front line staff, through training, coaching and oversight of plans.
- Conducting formal and informal training and education related to behaviour management and specific plans for management and front-line staff.
- Travel to all sites/locations in both Waterloo Region and the County of Wellington.

**Requirements**:

- Combined three (3) years post secondary education in Social Services, Developmental Services with a strong focus on Behavioural Science or other related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in developing, implementing, overseeing, and training on positive behavioural intervention
- Demonstrated experience in behaviour management skills and knowledge local community resources.
- Experience working with persons with acquired brain injury, mental health and/or addictions.
- Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of M365 including SharePoint and Teams; GoldCare experience a benefit but not necessary.
- Must have valid Class G driver's license and reliable vehicle. Travel will be required.
