**HR Manager Position**

**Oxford Cattle is an expanding Cattle farm. We are looking for an individual to manage all HR. This job requires an individual that is organized, self-motivated, quick learner, with good communication skills. Able to different types of work. Needs to be flaunted in both English and Spanish**

**Principle Responsibilities**:

- Human Resources
- JHSC
- TWF program including housing.
- HST/EHT/WSIB Remittance
- Payroll/ROE
- Employee files
- Weight scale records

**Preferred Skills**:

- Sage 300 software knowledge is an asset, but not a requirement.
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Spanish/English language
- respect for all people
- Great initiative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a group
- Meticulous
- willing to learn and work in a constantly changing environment
- Be punctual and maintain a good attendance record
- Farming background would be an asset
- Must have valid Drivers License
