**Transitional Housing Worker - **Home For Good Innovative Housing and Lurie Housing Programs (Relief)**:
**The Role and Opportunity**:
The Canadian Mental Health Association is looking for a Transitional Housing Worker for the Home for Good and Lurie Housing Programs. **The Home for Good Innovative Housing and Lurie Housing Programs** provides**_ _**on-site residential support and case management services to adults who are living with mental illness and have experienced long-term homelessness. These Housing Programs are partnered with the City of Toronto.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Transitional Housing Worker work closely with the team in supporting clients and provide crisis intervention. The Transitional Housing Worker will be required to provide on-site direct service provision and support clients based on their goals. They will orient clients to the programs and services and provide crisis prevention & interventions as needed. The purpose of the Transitional Housing Worker will be to perform residential duties and maintain a safe, clean and secure environment. The Transitional Housing Worker will also be required to maintain trusting, respectful and collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues; service providers and other community supports.

**Hourly Range: $29.74 - $34.47 + 4% vacation pay**
