Simplicity Car Care East York is looking for **a Parts Coordinator **to join our growing team

**The Role**:The **Parts Coordinator’s** is an important part of the collision repair shop team. Your primary responsibility is to manage the process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning parts for each repair order. You will work with suppliers, technicians, and the General Manager to ensure that the team is able to repair customer vehicles in a mely and efficient manner.
**Key Dues and Responsibilies**
- Accurately identify and order all parts necessary to complete repairs in shop.
- Receive all parts delivered—confirming the quality, correctness and quantity of parts received.
- Enter all parts into the recommended Management Information System (MIS)
- Label all parts by the R.O.# and store them with the vehicle and/or scheduled repairs.
- Properly return parts for credit to the appropriate supplier
- Manage all part credits and ensure they are received within 24 hours.
- Input and Manage Invoices in Summit
- Manage vendor agreements when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts area.
- Additional tasks as assigned.

**What you Bring**:
- 3 years experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
- High School Diploma
- College Diploma in Inventory Management or Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems
- Valid ‘G’ Class Driver’s license
- I CAR training/ certification is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Summit Management System is an asset.
