**Position Objective**:
Handle all vehicle order and option related dealer and Porsche AG requests, while ensuring that order deadlines are met. Support in Volume Planning tasks for both, short and long range planning. Prepare Sales Performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

**Primary Responsibilities**:Order Management**
- Handle new vehicle order process and conduct regular order tracking along the supply chain.
- Handle and address option (I-Option, Exclusive, Custom Tailoring) related dealer/ customer requests for assigned Dealers.
- Support product planning with option take rates analysis and manage option target achievement, incl. regular reporting and definition of measures, assists in determining option budgets and monitoring/reporting on performance.
- PCCD Option Price Checks and ICC/ DCC Option Description Updates in cooperation with product.

**Volume Planning**
- Support the Manager, Sales Operations and Volume Planning in all planning related tasks. This includes short and long range planning for new vehicles along the supply chain, from Order Intake, Production, Purchases, Wholesale to Retail and all stock related measures.

**Reporting**
- System Owner for Porsche Dealer Sales Reporting Online System and DeltaMaster Desktop Application. Responsible for maintenance, enhancements (together with PAG and Service provider if necessary) and training (including internal and Dealer training).
- Submit 4-eye reviewed Performance Margin and Premier Dealer Reporting to Retail Development in appropriate format by submission deadline.
- Maintaining, verifying and publishing Internal and Dealer individual reports.
- Support Manager, Sales Operations and Volume Planning with allocation and production planning reports, analysis and presentations

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree, college diploma with specialization in automotive or equivalent experience required

**Experience **(Job and Industry)**
- 2+ years experience in the areas of automotive, analytics, planning, reporting and/or forecasting
- Distinct retail and customer service experience

**Skills/ Competencies**
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
