Crew Lead

We are looking for Crew Leads with 3**+ years of experience in the landscape construction industry **(fence, deck, water feature, hardscapes; **mowing experience is not relevant**) to work with us in the position of Crew Lead, starting at the end of April/early May.

In a Lead position you would perform landscape construction duties and lead and train crew members in all required services. It is your job to ensure quality, proper procedure and ensure tasks are being completed on schedule, working with co workers. **Duties Include**:
Driving 1/2, 3/4 & 1 ton trucks with trailer
Skid steer operation (experience an asset)
Excavator operation (experience an asset)
Projects including fences, decks, water features, hardscapes and accessory structures
Crew training, ensuring projects remain on schedule
Job pre-assessments
Safety procedures/protocols
Team Leading - training provided
Customer relations
Quality control (final sweeps of the property while paying attention to small detail to ensure 100% customer satisfaction)

**Requirements**:
Valid Class 5 License - Required
Pulling a small (12-20Ft)trailer experience considered an asset
Minimum 3 Years experience in a landscape construction position (not lawncare)
Your own vehicle or a VERY reliable mode of transportation (Our Shop is on the west perimeter with no bus service, nearest bus stop is a 10 min walk)
A positive attitude with exceptional customer relations skills and a drive to move forward in the company
Willing to learn and grow

Opportunities for winter work will be discussed during interview process.

$20-33/hr + bonus opportunities

Pay: $20.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
