Raise Workforce has partnered with **Enbridge Gas** to support them in their hiring for contract positions. They are seeking to hire a part-time Temporary **Infraction Clerk **to maintain compliance with TSSA requirements within their operations.

Please note that this role will be for coverage of other full-time employees that are out sick, on leave or vacation. Hours per week could fluctuate and maybe called in the morning of for shift coverage.

**You will be doing**
- Communicate regarding due dates on upcoming infractions.
- Ensure tags are complete, accurate, consistent and filed after completion. Where they are not, a follow-up with the contact and/or HVAC Company is required. Validate that the re-inspection order has been generated accurately, and if not, create or correct it.
- Ensure update is sent to the customer/owner/builder concerning the infraction using the appropriate system.
- Responsible for receiving all correspondence from outside contractors concerning gas violations.
- Performs other departmental duties as required.

- Must be able to type 40 words per minute net and have experience in operating a personal computer.
- Must be capable of learning and interpreting Company policies and procedures, work codes.
- Must be able to print and/or write in a clear and legible manner.
- Must be able to work responsibly under direct and indirect supervision.
- Must have the ability to work in a team environment.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Conditions of employment include clearing Criminal Record Check, Employment and Education verification.
