This will be a 12-14 month contract. This role offers hybrid work arrangement.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support with respect to processing the annual consolidated financial statements of the Firm
- Maintain calendars of the CFO and DF, including scheduling meetings and organizing meeting logistics for conference calls and video conferences
- Assist with the production of meeting materials (e.g. budget binders, coordinating translations, etc.) or other large projects as required
- Assist with finalizing memos, reports and presentations
- Prepare expense reports for the CFO and DF
- Respond to client requests for US tax reporting forms
- Update intranet and FMTV content based on direction from Finance Managers
- Maintain off-site storage records
- Other administrative duties within the Finance Department as assigned

**Required Knowledge and Experience**
- At least 2 years of administrative assistant experience, executive level preferred
- College diploma in business administration, coupled with relevant work experience in a similar role within a professional services firm. A combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
- In-depth understanding of business terminology.
- Strong technical skills using MS Office 2010 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial statements would be an asset
