Advisor, Corporate Social Responsibility

The CSR Advisor will report to the CSR Manager. Your main responsibilities will lie in the alignment and implementation of BRP’s CSR reporting process as well as our ESG disclosure with internal and external stakeholders. This includes the production of our CSR report, alignment on recognized frameworks and reporting compliance and CSR dashboard updates.
**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
In partnership with key internal and external stakeholders, lead the planning and execution of annual CSR reporting and ESG disclosure processes, including collecting data.
Monitor evolving legal requirements related to ESG disclosure and, in cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance), contribute to the preparation of required reports/statements.
Monitor and manage external CSR reporting trends and best practices, as well as developments in the international ESG reporting standards and frameworks space (e.g., GRI, SASB, UN SDGs and TCFD).
Continue to define and enhance CSR reporting in alignment with consistent with evolving expectations.
Participate in the establishment of an ESG monitoring process and framework.
Lead and coordinate BRP’s responses to key ESG ratings (e.g., Sustainalytics, MSCI, ISS-ESG, Carbon Disclosure Project and Global Compact) and understand the main drivers behind the ratings.
Oversee the quarterly and annual CSR/ESG data collection process, ensuring that data is timely and accurate. Continuously improve the CSR/ESG reporting internal control environment to ensure consistent, accurate and timely CSR/ESG information as well as auditable and efficient reporting processes.
Annually update ESG benchmarks to monitor BRP’s progression in its CSR Leadership journey.
When required, lead the materiality assessment with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the integration of relevant CSR information on BRP’s website and CSR platform in collaboration with marketing and communications teams.
Collaborate, support and share knowledge with team members to ensure CSR team priorities are achieved.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
More than 3 years in a similar role.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, organized and accountable for follow-through.
Strong ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, business partners, investors and senior management.
Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and ratings (GRI, UNSDG’s, SASB, TCFD, CDP, Global Compact, Sustainalytics, MSCI, ISS-ESG).
Good understanding of the actual and upcoming ESG disclosure requirements.
Good attention to quality and details and solid analytical skills.
Strong ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills, capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Solid planning skills.
Bilingual - able to write and communicate fluently in both French and English.
