As a Co-Founder of Bander Industries, you will play a critical role in shaping the vision, strategy, and direction of the company. You will work closely with Maurice Douglas, the Founder, to bring his vision to life and drive the success of the start-up. Your entrepreneurial mindset, passion for innovation, and alignment with Maurice's vision will be key to building a strong foundation and achieving the company's goals.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Vision and Direction**:

- Collaborate with the founder to refine and solidify the company's vision, mission, and core values.
- Contribute to the development of the overall business strategy and roadmap, aligning with Maurice's vision and goals.

**Business Development and Partnerships**:

- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business opportunities that align with the company's objectives.
- Leverage your network and expertise to establish relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, industry experts, and potential clients.

**Product Development and Innovation**:

- Work closely with Maurice and the product development team to conceptualize and create innovative solutions that meet market needs.
- Provide insights and contribute to the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and target market.

**Operations and Execution**:

- Assist in establishing the operational framework, policies, and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of plans and strategies, optimizing resource allocation and prioritization.

**Team Building and Leadership**:

- Help recruit and build a talented team, ensuring a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

**Investor Relations and Fundraising**:

- Work closely with Maurice to cultivate relationships with potential investors and secure funding to support the start-up's growth.
- Participate in investor meetings, pitch presentations, and negotiations, showcasing the value and potential of Bander Industries.

**Branding and Marketing**:

- Contribute to the development of the company's brand identity, positioning, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Demonstrated experience in entrepreneurship, preferably as a co-founder or founder of a start-up.
- Strong alignment with Maurice Douglas' vision, mindset, and values.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and making a positive impact in the industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
- Strong network and connections within relevant industries.
- Experience in fundraising and investor relations is a plus.

**Compensation**:
As a co-founder, the compensation package will include a combination of salary, equity, and performance-based incentives. The specific details of the compensation package will be discussed and negotiated based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and the contributions brought to the company.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $41,632.72-$149,786.20 per year
