- **E-Commerce Picker-Fulfillment (Markham Store)**_

Reporting to the Supervisor and E-commerce Store Lead, E-Commerce Picker-Fulfillment is an organized and independent worker who must be able to identify product names and fulfill orders. We are looking for an individual who can multi-task and meet below job duties and requirements.
- Unpack, sort and merchandise e-commerce deliveries
- Put away all e-commerce overstock in designated areas
- Manage customer’s orders and requisitions
- Pick items from shelves based on UPC, size, colour and quantity
- Process order transactions
- Ensure order accuracy
- Pack items for pick-up
- Package items appropriately for shipping
- Operate handling equipment and ensure safety regulations are followed
- Maintain a high level of health and safety standards
- Perform other general store duties as needed

**Job Requirement**
- Ability to lift heavy objects (min 20lbs) and ability to stay on feet for long periods of time
- Occasionally work on ladders
- Flexible work hours including some evenings, weekends and holidays
- Work experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred
- Ability to communicate in English, plus an additional second language (e.g. Chinese/Japanese/French etc.) is a bonus
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment
- Good communication skills, ability to work well in a team but also self-motivated and independent at times
- Able to communicate through Whatsapp
- Immediate availability is preferred

**Additional Information**
- Individuals with relevant work experience will be first considered;
- Japanese speaking and Japanese literate individuals are preferred;
- Training will be provided
