Markham, Canada Dot Lighting (Canada) Inc Full time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website as well as other channels such as eBay, Wayfair and Walmart etc. This includes managing the day-to-day sales process from start to finish with a focus on customer acquisition, customer service, and customer satisfaction. This role will work closely with the rest of the QPLUS Home Inc. team to ensure that all aspects of e-commerce are running smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of Shopify store management, including product listings creation, but not limited to strategic pricing, inventory management, order processing, fulfillment and customer support.
- Responsible for managing digital advertising including Google Adver, but not limited to EDM and Social Media Marketing.
- Responsible for developing SEO strategies and optimize product listings on Shopify to ensure they are compelling, accurate, and search-optimized to increase conversions.
- Coordinate integration with other platforms or systems, such as inventory management software, CRM systems, or fulfillment centers, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Implement strategies for optimizing sales and increasing conversion rates through continuous monitoring and adjustments.
- Work closely with our internal team to ensure that all listings are accurate and optimized for sales and usability.
- Manage the Shopify website (UX/UI/Performance) in conjunction with our internal teams to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date on new products, services, trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Manage in identifying new product opportunities related to growth strategies within QPLUS Home Inc..
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred. A minimum of 2 years' experience in e-commerce sales preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify / Ecommerce platform (e.g., shopping carts, pricing structures, image sizes).
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS coding is required.
- In-dept knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Adwords are required for this role is required.
- Knowledge of Hubspot is required.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic & initiative.
- Ability to work in a team environment across various department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,887.83-$4,000.00 per month
