As a specialist for the Responsible Supply Chain team, you will support various environmental programs and initiatives with your excellent project management, communication, organization skills, and data skills.
a day in the life
- Manage Higg FEM annual cadence working with vendors to ensure they submit assessment and verification on time
- Answer vendor questions in a timely manner and maintain vendor environmental mailbox
- Develop internal processes to streamline and support vendor environmental program requirements and claim substantiations
- Use data visualization and organization to bring visibility to key vendor metrics for cross functional partners
- Create and maintain team processes and tools to provide visibility to Responsible Supply Chain Environment workstreams and milestones
- Work with sourcing to maintain Responsible Supply Chain Environment team inputs into vendor exploration and onboarding and to understand changes in strategic vendors
- Collaborate with broader Responsible Supply Chain team to seamlessly integrate social and environmental data
- Bring passion and insight into lululemon’s sustainability engagements

qualifications
- 3+ years' experience with managing projects and working on cross-functional projects
- Strong knowledge of product processes and supply chain
- Strong eye for detail, while being able to see the bigger picture
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, (Power BI a plus)
- Experience with SmartSheet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize time and tasks, and loves solving problems.
