- Part Time Clinical Assistant**
We are looking for someone special to join our team

**Part-time Hours Include**:
- Approximately 3 days per week plus holiday/sick coverage. Must be flexible with availability and able to work some Saturdays.
**Job Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years prior clinical admin experience is an asset but not mandatory. Will train to suit. Great position for Nutritionist or any other health care practitioner.
- Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel is mandatory.
- Bonus is you know Jane and Quick Books.
- Excellent customer service skills is a must.
**Job Description Includes**:
**General Reception Duties**:Answering phones, booking patient appointments, processing supplement orders, laundry, small projects, general cleaning, sorting, and other various office related tasks may be assigned as needed.
**Laser Therapy**: Work with Dr. Cobi and assist to treat and assess patients, charting, program prescriptions and treatments.
- No prior experience necessary in laser therapy as full training will be provided, however previous experience would be an asset._
**PEMF Therapy**: Work with Dr. Cobi and assist to treat and assess patients, charting, program prescriptions as well as treatment administration.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
