We are currently seeking an _**Inside Sales & Quotes Specialist**_ to join our enthusiastic sales team, focusing on sales and project opportunities. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and pursuing sales and quotes opportunities.
- Assisting and guiding selling strategies for our sales agents.
- Effectively presenting and understanding the features, benefits, and value of our products to customers and sales agents across Canada.
- Selling to customers in Canada and nurturing positive and effective relationships.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Building strong relationships with various stakeholders in the Canadian sales and customer network.
- Collaborating effectively with internal departments to meet customer priorities, contact requirements, and provide tailored value propositions.
- 2-3 years of experience in quotations and sales, with a proven track record of growth.
- Knowledge of the lighting industry or a background in electrical products would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies for attracting, growing, and maintaining relationships.
- Sales skills, including quotations, relationship development, project management, and product selling.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Advanced negotiation skills and the ability to identify and secure new opportunities.
- Passion for sales and creating value for customers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information, features, and benefits.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.
