Accounts Receivable and Billing Clerk

**Responsibilities**:
C-COM Satellite Systems Inc. is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to help manage a busy and dynamic office environment. There is an opportunity for a motivated person with a leading Canadian publicly traded technology company involved in selling satellite based mobile antenna systems world wide. Working in the office daily is a requirement.

**Tasks**:

- Support sales team with issuing quotes to customers, review, verifying quotes to customers, double check purchase orders, verify items on sales orders and cross reference with customer purchase orders, assist sales team with sales order preparation when they are out of the office.
- Check and verify sales item pricing, customer discounts, approve new and or adjust existing sales order, support logistics team with shipping instructions and process and post sales invoices upon shipping.
- Prepare weekly receivables report, conduct weekly receivables and collection duties, collect, and post incoming payments, support the Controller, and verify all payments are posted at the end of the month.
- Prepare quarterly accounts receivable report and complete adjusted requested by controller and CFO.
- Support sales and customer support team with credit and or refunds for return and or defective items.
- Maintain accurate customer accounts balance with accurate and ongoing account reconciliation and necessary adjusting entries.
- Maintain, file and organize, sales and revenue invoices documents, credit memos, banking deposits, reseller agreements and or any documentations in proper manner.
- Compile and provide support with annual audit requitements and requests with supporting documents and liaise with auditors on timely manner.
- Assist and support the AP team, the controller and CFO in any other ad hoc financial and accounting duties as needed.
- Support the sales and technical support teams with customer requests as needed.
- Support and assist the CEO with marketing, travel, trade show and investor and management requests as needed.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)
