?I'm very excited to add a Product Marketing Specialist to the Amii Marketing & Communications team.

As Amii's Product Marketing Specialist, you'll have a hands-on role in this process. Working collaboratively with the Advance Technologies and the Investments & Partnerships teams, you'll help connect Amii with ambitious companies looking to push boundaries with AI.

**Description**

The purpose of this role is to drive demand for Amii product.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the **Marketing Specialist - Product** is accountable for executing product marketing strategies that drive demand and support Amii's revenue objectives.

The role focuses on achieving excellence in three main accountabilities:

- Product positioning
- Product-focused content creation
- Account-based marketing (both inbound and outbound) and B2B best practice

**Required Skills / Expertise**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Encourage and identify problem-solving approaches to work while acting as a collaborator.
- Approach personal development and learning opportunities with a collaborative lens and draw lessons for future coaching and people leadership opportunities.
- Take tangible actions to inspire peers and team members to achieve the organization's mission and vision.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for efficiency on the Marketing and Communications team.
- Maintain and improve systems and tools in the organization that lead to measurable efficiency gains.

**Research**:Follow and analyze market trends. Study competitor products, pricing, and positioning. Figure out how Amii can do it better.
- ** Positioning**:Develop a deep understanding of what the product does, who the product is for, and how the product solves customer pain points in ways other solutions don't.
- ** Planning**: Collaborate with internal departments (design, content, digital, product, sales) to generate ideas, define goals, devise strategies, and implement product marketing tactics.
- ** Content Marketing**: Think like a niche media company. Create a calendar of product-focused content marketing strategies that act like a magnet attracting the right people to Amii. Work towards making Amii the go-to information source for prospective customers.
- **Copywriting**: Write, edit and optimizes content based on set campaign goals. Frame messages in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
- **Content Creation**: Create product-focused content that is authentic, educational, inspiring, and entertaining, never self-centered or sales-y. Content that Amii staff, students, partners, and customers are excited to share on their personal social media accounts.
- **Budget**: Manage campaign budgets. Use relevant data to shift spending to highest value channels.
- **Sales Enablement**: Work with Investment & Partnerships to define and refine product-focussed customer journey, lead identification, and handover processes.
- ** Evaluation**: Tell stories that drive business outcomes. Evaluate project marketing strategies using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.
- **Optimization**:Continually test and optimize. Use relevant data to make go/no-go decisions. Prioritize high-potential work and kill low-performing work swiftly.

- Proactively support the connective, cross-functional glue that holds the product, marketing and sales teams in strategic alignment.

- Act as a functional supervisor to direct reports, review and revise their work, and manage approvals appropriately.
