Expand your expertise by joining our Packaging Carton division as **Customer Service Director**.
- Please note that this position is based in Saint-Bruno*.

**Your responsibilities**:
Your first mandate will be to rebuild a high-performance, committed B2B team, and to establish active collaboration with existing customers. In the longer term, your responsibilities will include:

- Implement Cascades' customer service strategy;
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve the customer experience, while optimizing the balance between service, costs and cash flow.
- Oversee the management of the team's daily activities;
- Participate in weekly (S&OE) meetings with relevant stakeholders to measure performance on agreed KPIs, address stock levels or delivery issues;
- Train and coach a team of customer service representatives on policies, tools and etiquette;
- Seek to maximize the benefits of collaborative initiatives to the business;
- Actively participate in the process review of collaborative initiatives.

- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar management role;
- Ability to manage and develop a customer service team;
- Altruism and customer focus, excellent communication skills;
- Leadership, team spirit and managerial courage;
- Understanding of Cascades' operating environment, customer base and value proposition;
- Fluency in both French and English, to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the English-speaking provinces and the United States.
