**Fonctions**
- Effectuer des tâches administratives générales telles que répondre aux appels téléphoniques, répondre aux courriels et gérer la correspondance.
- Saisir et mettre à jour les informations dans le système comptable
- Télécharger des images et des descriptions dans le système comptable et sur d'autres plateformes numériques.
- Maintenir les fournitures de bureau et l'inventaire, et passer des commandes si nécessaire
- Aider à la saisie des données, à l'organisation des documents et des dossiers
- Apporter un soutien aux autres membres de l'équipe, selon les besoins, pour des tâches ou des projets spécifiques.
**Expérience**
- Une expérience préalable dans un rôle administratif est préférable.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires
- Solides compétences en matière de secrétariat et d'organisation
- Maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique tels que Microsoft Office Suite
- Des tâches supplémentaires peuvent être ajoutées sur demande.

- Enter and maintain information in the accounting system
- Upload images and descriptions in the accounting sytsem and other digital platforms
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, and place orders as needed
- Assist with data entry, organizing documents and records
- Provide support to other team members as needed with specific tasks or projects

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Secondary high school diploma
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Additional tasks may be added upon request
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $21.50-$24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
