**Job Description**:

- Responsible for the day to day running/implementation of campaigns, with a focus on reporting insights and optimization
- Analyzing campaign performance and gauging the strength of new opportunities
- A firm understanding of marketing objectives and strategies, the human -product relationship, and human-media relationship
- Mastering various media and research related tools to turn data into actionable insights -(such as DOMO, Vivadata, Comscore, Numerator, COMB Navigator, and MMM’s).
- Own the overall billing process - responsible for verifying all data inputs and ensuring billing is accurate
- Build and maintain Blocking charts, media plan authorizations, and trafficking sheets
- Present plans to the client brand group, with assistance of Supervisor/Manager
- Understand the client’s and product’s business and competitive landscape
- Mentoring performance media coordinators
- Active participation in account status meetings, both internal and external
- Develop/ assist with development of POVs

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications or related area
- 1-3 years experience planning online and offline media channels with emphasis on digital and performance media
- Foundational understanding of online video, programmatic, social media
- Understanding of acquisition strategic planning and execution
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management skills
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to embrace a role that requires a mix of art and science
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge other campaign management processes and tools - Prisma, DDS, Mediatools, Ad Ops, etc.
- Able to work well alongside a team, handling high volume workload, and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
- Experience working in the Financial category
