**Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit post-secondary student who is passionate about marketing and event planning?**

We're looking for you to join our team as a **Student, Visitor Experience and Event Marketing**, in **Vancouver, BC.**

As the Visitor and Event Marketing Student, you'll ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors and employees while assisting with the preparation and delivery of marketing events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming and greeting visitors and employees professionally and warmly
- Anticipate office needs to ensure a seamless and positive experience
- Collaborate on developing and delivering visitor experience services and regional marketing initiatives
- Support activity and event programming in the Vancouver office
- Maintain and improve documentation and procedures to uphold our service excellence standards

You must have completed a minimum of one year of university studies and be registered to continue your studies in the Winter of 2025._**

The duration of this employment would be from September 2024 until January 2025. And, who knows? This opportunity could be the beginning of a successful career_**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Completed a minimum of one year of post-secondary studies and currently registered to continue your studies in the Winter of 2025
- Passionate about marketing and event planning
- Eager to work within a team or independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
