We're looking for you to join our organization as a **Human Resources Consultant** in **Vancouver, BC**

As an Consultant, you'll be assisting our Advisory and Business Enablement leaders to better understand, develop, engage, and retain their talented employees. After developing an understanding of our business model and culture, you'll have the opportunity to propose and implement new ideas in various HR cycles, including performance management, recognition, retention, leadership development, compensation, and employee listening.

**More of your Duties Include**:

- Being a trusted advisor to various leaders within our business and supporting the deliverance of their accountabilities and implementations of HR programs and processes
- Creating opportunities to influence the culture and direction of our HR practices, including inclusion, diversity and employee wellness
- Partnering with leaders to create and implement employee engagement plans developed based on employee listening surveys and other qualitative and quantitative data points
- Supporting leaders and their teams in creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environment by identifying opportunities to embed ID&E in processes, programs, and initiatives

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in Human Resources
- Eager to work with a variety of teams and communicate confidently and effectively
- Able to prioritize and manage a variety of competing deadlines/projects
- Creative, critical, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Eager to build and maintain relationships with your peers
- Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
