- In British Columbia, the expected annual total compensation range for this position is $95,500 to $159,000. The determination of an applicant’s compensation within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. As the Manager, you have a pivotal role focused on designing and configuring Workday Talent solutions for a diverse client base across various industries. You'll be responsible for customizing Talent modules, templates, and processes to align with organizational goals, ensuring functionalities such as Succession Planning and Performance Appraisals meet client needs. Your expertise will be integral in conducting client workshops, analyzing requirements, and proposing innovative solutions based on industry best practices. Exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of Workday's Implementation Methodology are crucial, alongside the ability to troubleshoot configurations and provide optimal solutions. Additionally, effective project management, stakeholder communication, and staying updated with new releases are essential aspects of this role.

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification and relevant working experience
- 2+ years experience in Talent software or ERP systems
- Strong understanding of Talent Management, including Career development, Succession Planning, Performance Cycle
- Proficient in gathering requirements, conducting analysis, and presenting
- Client-facing experience with technical and functional stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
- Mentor junior team members
- Quick learner, adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel within Canada, occasional international travel
