- L'équipe juridique d'EXFO est composée de professionnels expérimentés et dévoués engagés à protéger les intérêts juridiques de l'entreprise tout en permettant sa croissance et son succès. L'équipe est responsable de la gestion de tous les aspects juridiques liés aux opérations d'EXFO, y compris la conformité, les contrats, la propriété intellectuelle, les litiges et les affaires réglementaires. Ils travaillent en étroite collaboration avec d'autres départements et la direction pour s'assurer qu'EXFO opère dans les limites légales et éthiques, tout en poursuivant des opportunités d'innovation et d'expansion. - Réseautage à l'ère numérique pour établir des relations avec les clients et les professionnels de l'industrie.**En joignant l’équipe juridique composée de trois autres avocats, deux agents de brevets et deux adjoints, tous sous la supervision du Directeur, Affaires juridiques, vos responsabilités seront**:
**Rôle pour développer des compétences**:
- Conseiller les clients internes sur toute question juridique en droit du travail, y compris les enquêtes internes, les plaintes, les litiges et les exigences juridiques, et ce, au Canada et à l’international;
- Collaborer avec les avocats externes dans la gestion des plaintes et litiges en droit du travail, ainsi que des dossiers de mobilité internationale;
- Répondre aux questions juridiques des unités d’affaires, de la R&D, des ressources humaines et de l’équipe marketing et identifier les impacts potentiels et les risques pour l’entreprise;
- Rédiger, réviser, commenter et négocier différents types de contrats et de documentation reliés aux activités de vente, d’achat et d’approvisionnement de l’entreprise et de ses filiales, incluant à titre d’exemple des contrats de vente, licences, acquisitions de biens, contrats de services, partenariats stratégiques, soumissions et appels d’offres, ententes de confidentialité;
- Effectuer des recherches liées à des questions juridiques spécifiques;
- Réviser et mettre à jour des modèles de contrats pour le département juridique (e.g. distributeurs, représentants et revendeurs, OEM, consultants, modalités de vente, licence, etc.);
- Préparer et réviser divers documents juridiques pour des projets spéciaux (e.g. acquisition, cession, location immobilière, etc.).**Rejoindre EXFO sera une expérience enrichissante pour plusieurs raisons**:

- Compétences dans tous les aspects du droit du travail et du droit corporatif;
- Expérience en droit commercial et en droit du travail à l’échelle internationale sera considéré comme un atout;
- Expérience dans une entreprise internationale sera considérée comme un atout.- Profil recherché-
