**Overview**

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and utilize your sales skills to meet and exceed targets. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Gain proficiency in our range of products, including wood products, chemicals, and hardware, and provide clients with exceptional technical support.
- Identify and acquire new clients, showcasing our comprehensive solutions and value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Stay informed about trends in the furniture industry and adapt strategies to address the unique needs of the Canadian market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and enhance service offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture hardware or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of the furniture industry and a deep understanding of the needs of the Canadian market.
- Proven experience in technical support, business development, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems.
