Job Summary:
We are seeking an outgoing and creative Social Media and Activities Director to join our team.

You will be responsible for managing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage with our audience. You will work to develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms. You will develop and run activities for the resort

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) on social media platforms
- Monitor, listen, and respond to user comments and inquiries promptly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Develop engaging on-site activities and programs, for adults, children, and corporate clients

**Experience**:

- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics tools to track social media performance
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
