**Responsibilities**:

- Content creation of social media posts and videos
- Prepare & proofing graphics for print materials
- Review of all creative materials for accessibility
- Working with the volunteer golf committee, ensure that all items for an online auction are photographed and catalogued
- Assist with all aspects of event day activities including set up/take down, taking event photos & videos, posting to social media, donor & sponsor appreciation
- Day to day administrative tasks, as assigned
- Under supervision of the Marketing & Fundraising Coordinator, develop and implement a palliative awareness campaign

**Requirements and Knowledge**
- College or University student
- Preference to those studying in Journalism, Marketing & Public Relations
- Proficiency in Photography and a knowledge of Videography
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Social Media, Website Management, and Print Marketing experience preferred
- Advanced level of knowledge of general office procedures, efficient computer skills, and file management
- Excellent computer expertise including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
