For over 60 years, we at Robar Industries have designed and manufactured a wide variety of cast and fabricated “Waterworks” fittings for municipal water and wastewater systems. **We are looking for a person who likes variety, to work in our office assisting our Sales, Purchasing and Accounting teams.**

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Quote prices and liaise with the production team for follow-up on orders. Be the advocate for the customer.
- Accurately enter customer orders and process sales invoices.
- Process purchase orders, match receiving documents and Accounts Payable invoices.
- Filing
- Answer the phone
- Other tasks as required

In this role, you’ll be an essential part of Robar’s close-knit, high-energy, and supportive team.

Finally, you’re sure to be successful in this role if you are someone who likes to pitch in and get things done. “That’s not my job,” is not in our vocabulary. That’s our culture at Robar, and it makes work fun.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 2 years post-secondary
- Some accounting/business courses an asset
- 2 years’ experience in an office setting
- Experience in inside sales, order desk, or customer service an asset
- Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a great attendance record who has the ability to work independently or in a team.
- French language an asset

**Working with Us**

**Job type**: Full-time

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

**Salary**: $42,000-$49,000 with benefits and pension.
