**Other Information**:As instructional coach you will be a support to the school teachers and learners in an early and
middle years school. He or She will work collaboratively under the direction of the school principal and with the
school teams. The primary responsibilities of this person will be to work with classroom teachers to enhance literacy
and numeracy instruction across curriculum.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for classroom motivation and management strategies
- Provide assistant in researching instructional and/or curriculum issues
- Provide organized, individual and /or group learning opportunities for teachers as needed
- Provide teacher resources related to instruction and curriculum

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate
- Post-Baccalaureate or master’s degree in education is an asset
- Previous School Based experience is preferable
- Must have excellent organizational and classroom management skills
- Previous experience working in an environment with EAL students and students with Special Needs
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

agreement (CBA).
