Que fait le-la Coordonnateur-trice des réseaux sociaux et de contenu marketing chez RénoAssistance?

En tant que Coordonnateur-trice des réseaux sociaux et de contenu marketing, vous serez responsable de soutenir le département marketing en vous occupant principalement de toutes les plateformes de médias sociaux.

Vous pensez avoir ce qu’il faut? Voici la mission que vous devrez accomplir:

- Soutenir le fonctionnement quotidien des réseaux sociaux de RénoAssistance (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business, TikTok).
- Créer une présence forte sur les réseaux sociaux et interagir avec les différentes communautés.
- Rechercher, créer et optimiser du contenu intéressant et attrayant pour les médias sociaux, en adaptant les textes et visuels aux différents tons et registres des plateformes.
- Créer ou adapter des visuels en respectant la charte graphique et l’image de marque de RénoAssistance
- Effectuer une veille constante de l’industrie de la rénovation et de la construction et cibler l'information pertinente à partager
- Identifier les tendances émergentes sur les réseaux sociaux et les appliquer à sa stratégie de communication.
- Mesurer et rapporter les indices de performance clés des médias sociaux afin d’optimiser la stratégie.
- Soutenir les éditeur-trices de contenu dans leur recherche de visuels pour différentes initiatives marketing (articles de blogue, bulletins d’information, guides, etc.).
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe marketing sur les tâches quotidiennes entourant les médias sociaux et l’exécution des campagnes Web.
- Présence ponctuelle à des événements corporatifs pour produire du contenu en direct ou en différé sur les médias sociaux.

Les missions que vous devez avoir précédemment accomplies:

- Diplôme d’études collégiales ou supérieures
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience de création de contenus pour les médias sociaux
- Excellente connaissance de la suite Office de Microsoft
- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, parlé et écrit - notre offre de services est basée au Québec et en Ontario.
- Capacité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique, et de gérer plusieurs priorités à la fois
- Connaissances en construction, rénovation, design, décoration (un atout)
- Être passionné-e par les médias sociaux et la création de contenu viral
- Intérêt marqué pour l’identité visuelle et la compréhension du concept d’image de marque.
- Connaissances de base dans les logiciels de graphisme (Canva et/ou Illustrator, Photoshop), et de montage vidéo (Première Pro et/ou Adobe Rush)
