**Position: Business Development Associate**

Concrete Cashmere is currently seeking a Full time Business Development Manager to support our sales and marketing team. A fit with our corporate values and being a team player is very crucial and important to our organization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Three primary responsibilities:
1.) Identifying new sales leads

2.) Pitching products and/or services

3.) Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and potential customers
- Representing the marketing team, sales promotion of products and services
- Assist the principal in the development of strategies to achieve and increase sales
- Research to identify and source new leads and find potential new markets and sales
- Effectively tell our company story and services and articulate value to prospects
- Engage with prospective clients to determine project goals, services and budgets
- Regularly follow up with leads to build relationships and generate new business inquiries
- Attend networking events, meetings and industry events in search of potential clients
- Conduct proactive sales calls and meetings, closing deals and generating results
- Meet with new clientele to discuss design, construction and furniture needs
- Creating a clientele list and update frequently (managing all relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers)
- Continually update and refine data in the sales prospect database
- Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met
- Overseeing design/build process from beginning to finish, stay focused on results through high performance and accountability
- Problem solving, mediate situations with clients

**Requirements**:

- Background in Design & Construction and understanding of project cycles/processes
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- Excellent phone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Previous client development, telemarketing or call center experience
- Attendance and lead monthly team meetings and bi-weekly sales meetings
- Create and set individual sales plan and targets
- Achieve assigned sales quotas and goals
- Huge drive, ambition, and motivation for success
- Flourishing in a small company environment that is continually changing and growing
- High level written and oral communication skills
- High level interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organization
- Valid driver’s license

**Education/Experience**
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- 4 + years of Sales experience or Construction Experience
