_**Sales & Support Representative**_

**Location**: Woodbridge, ON (Hwy 7 / Weston Road)
**Hours**: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Year-Round (8 AM - 5 PM)
**Compensation**: Competitive starting salary with potential for quarterly increases based on performance

We are a rapidly expanding distributor of automotive and architectural vinyl wraps and supplies, based in the Greater Toronto Area. With over 14 online stores, we serve a global customer base, handling a high volume of sales daily. Our commitment to excellence ensures that our customers receive nothing less than perfection.

**The Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Punctuality, reliability, and courteousness towards customers, colleagues, and superiors.
- Handling incoming phone calls and customer requests professionally.
- Performing cold calls, projecting sales, and recording payments accurately.
- Directing customers to the appropriate departments.
- Processing and issuing customer orders and invoices, and managing related paperwork for shipments.
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Obtaining freight quotes and coordinating shipping with couriers and freight forwarders.
- Collaborating with warehouse, sales, and management staff to ensure customer satisfaction and overall company productivity.
- Assisting purchasing personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials and handling purchasing duties as needed.
- Contributing to team discussions and sharing ideas to enhance sales and operational efficiency.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma
- Proficient in English, both oral and written
- Extremely punctual and reliable
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and other online marketing tools (an asset)

**Location**: Woodbridge, ON; Near (Hwy 7 / Weston Road)

**Compensation Details**:

- Starting at $22/hour, with potential increases up to $30/hour
- 45 hours per week minimum, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for additional hours

**Remote Work**: Not available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
