**Some of what you will do**:
As the Wireless Sales Consultant, you are a champion of the customer experience in the wireless department. You will enable our work, learn, and grow culture for our customers and associates. You are passionate about wireless technology, and you continuously grow your knowledge by committing to ongoing self-development and interacting with the larger store team and other business units to share expertise. Primarily a sales position, you help our consumers and business customers achieve their working & learning goals by sharing their knowledge, experiences, and enthusiasm on the latest wireless products, services, and trends.

**Specifically, You Will**
- Connect, share, and partner with customers, identify and convert wireless sales opportunities; help customers by meeting and exceeding their needs.
- Be an expert with our product and services. Reconnect and follow up with customers to solicit feedback on sales; promote additional products and services that create value.
- Partner with the store team overall to create awareness of offerings, customer opportunities, product knowledge etc. Build enthusiasm for the Wireless program internally.
- Responsible for achieving personal sales goals while cultivating a referral culture across all departments. Prepare accurate quotes on wireless systems.
- Communicate to store leaders and other business units, relevant sales information, inventory levels and any product issues. Maintain company merchandising standards, including current pricing, signage, planograms, promotional planners, advertising set-ups and displays. Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards by securing company assets and physical inventory and protecting customer information.
- Identify and communicate suggestions for improvements.
- Stay updated through the various internal communication channels (mobile app, intranet, bulletin boards, etc.).
- Operational excellence and customer experience are important aspects of the role. They will activate in Carrier portals and operate POS software, follow all loss prevention measures, and ensure the cleanliness and store standards of the wireless department.
- Effectively resolves customer concerns and escalates to management when appropriate.
