We are looking for a Manufacturing Sales Development Representative to assist our customers in their business development efforts. The "typical" companies to be approached are manufacturing companies operating in fields requiring custom fabrication/metal processing, including machining, sheet metal processing, welding, etc.

To succeed in this role, you need to be an excellent communicator, able to gain the trust of prospects, and be efficient and dedicated. We have a strong customer-centric approach, and that's how our customers get exceptional support.

**What you’ll do**
- Participation in kick-off meetings for new customers
- Implementation of sales strategy with the customer
- Customer account management, including production of monthly activity reports and participation in bi-monthly meetings
- Business prospecting in the target area (industry, size, products, etc.) with the customer
- Keep CRM up to date
- Monitor and report to the management team on the health of customer deployment and retention KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or a similar role, including prospecting and introducing qualified prospects (needs to be comfortable making min 40-50 calls daily).
- Has manufacturing experience in the following sectors: metal transformation and/or plastic transformation. Have a great understanding of CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, steel fabrication and other manufacturing processes.
- Experience in software sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) (French is a plus)
- Autonomous
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Les entreprises “type” à démarcher sont des entreprises manufacturières qui œuvrent dans les domaines qui requièrent de la fabrication sur-mesure/transformation du métal, incluant l’usinage, la transformation du métal en feuille, la soudure, etc.

Pour réussir dans cette fonction, vous devez être un excellent communicateur capable de gagner la confiance des prospects, d'être efficace et dévoué. Nous avons une forte approche centrée sur le client et c'est ainsi que nos clients obtiennent un soutien exceptionnel.

**Ce que vous ferez...**
- Participation aux rencontre de “kick-off” des nouveaux clients
- Mise en place de la stratégie de vente avec le client
- Gestion de comptes clients incluant, la production de rapports d’activités mensuelles ainsi que votre participation aux rencontres bi-mensuelles
- Prospections d’entreprises dans la cible déterminé (industrie, taille, produits, etc) avec le client
- Vente pour le client (cold call, courriel, suivis, etc.)
- Maintenir à jour le CRM
- Suivre et rapporter à l'équipe de direction l'état de santé du déploiement des clients et les KPI de rétention.

**Exigences**
- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la vente ou un rôle similaire, y compris la prospection et l'introduction de prospects qualifiés (doit être à l'aise pour effectuer au moins 40 à 50 appels par jour).
- Avoir une expérience de la fabrication dans les secteurs suivants : transformation du métal et/ou transformation du plastique. Vous avez une bonne compréhension de l'usinage CNC, de la fabrication de tôles, de la fabrication d'acier et d'autres processus de fabrication.
- Une expérience dans la vente de logiciels est un atout.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication en anglais (écrit et parlé) (le français est un atout)
- Être autonome
- Excellentes aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes
