We are looking for a MANAGER SERVICE EXPERIENCE and STRATEGY who will report to the Director of Global Service experience and strategy. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of bringing to our dealers innovative solutions to help service operations through technologies and diagnostic systems. You will lead exercises from definition to approval of investments to introduce at the dealer level leading to more quality and efficient service experiences aligned with our service vision. To achieve this role, you will lead a team in a cross-functional environment, have an on-going relationship with the dealers to understand their realities to ensure our solutions deliver the expected value.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Develop leading service experience to differentiate BRP from the competition.

Create service-oriented tools in collaboration with various functions that allows end-to-end management and proactive customer activation and retention throughout their ownership experience.

Leverage customers insights, interact with dealers and constantly keep up on emerging best practices to ensure optimal alignment of investments and effort deployed.

Build business cases, proactively identifying risks, manage operational and project costs.

Build and lead a team that manages various development initiatives while supporting solutions already deployed. Inspire, develop and motivate staff to achieve their fullest potential while preparing for potential career advancement opportunities.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, commerce, management, computer science or a related discipline or relevant experience in these sectors

Significant knowledge of Dealer Service Operations, Product knowledge and typical Rider’s expectation and digital solutions to constantly steer capacity and investment toward the highest potential benefits.

A proven ability to work and collaborate in a complex environment and effectively influence a diverse team of stakeholders and business leaders.

Demonstrate solid leadership skills with a go-getter attitude with the ability to engage and develop your team.

Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, English language is essential.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and information processing skills.

A forward-thinking and business savvy individual who looks for breakthrough actions that add value.

Naturally curious and innovative in approaching both current and emerging business opportunities.
