Daily Rental Administrator

**Location: Cambridge, ON**

**Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday**

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Prepare rental agreements and distribute keys
- Disclose terms and conditions of rental program
- Review and resolve rental contract and vehicle issues; process vehicle exchanges
- Enter and maintain customer information in CRM system and keep up to date records
- Record a car's condition and make notes of any existing bumps or scratches
- Check mileage and inspect for damage on returned vehicles
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Previous rental operation experience is preferred
- Good organizational skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to type and perform accurate data entry
- Ability to process all paperwork according to policies and procedures
- Valid G driver’s license and clean driving record
