**BIOVECTRA Inc.** has an opening for a **Quality Control Microbiologist. **This is a permanent, full-time position located in **Windsor, NS.**
- Performing routine maintenance and calibration of microbiology lab equipment.
- Implementing of USP,, and on a variety of products and samples.
- Preparing samples according to USP monographs, general chapters, and in-house SOPs.
- Completing paperwork for the release of materials, including status labels and certificates of analysis.
- Complying with documented safety practices for the laboratory and the manufacturing facilities.
- Performing chemical analyses when required.
- Adhering to BIOVECTRA's Health and Safety Policy as outlined in CP0010 Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Statements of Principle, and Responsibilities.
- Additional duties assigned, based on business needs and the department supervisor's request.

- Bachelor of Science in Biology or related field.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques.
