Job Posting:
**Essential Duties / Responsibilities**
- Assemble and prepare reports, documents, briefs, and support materials for meetings (primarily in MS PowerPoint)
- Provide weekly/biweekly reports, performance trending analytics for Division VP & GM (primarily through Oracle and MS Excel)
- New Business Development reporting for the Canadian Division
- Reporting on Sales Incentive Program submissions and disbursements
- Assist with Special Projects, provide general administrative assistance in support of our Canadian Division
- Bi-weekly Expense review and oversight
- Manage contracts with Hotels/Telecom Companies
- Maintain an up-to-date file of all Driver Abstracts and Company Authorized Drivers
- Review Driver Abstracts of potential new managers and inform the Vice President of any report which indicates that the potential employee's driving record does not meet the company standard.
- Ensure all Vehicle Maintenance Reports (VMR's) are completed on time at a District and Regional level
- Ensure all vehicle maintenance and repairs are conducted on time (from VMR odometer readings)
- Report on any fleet concerns pertaining to GPS devices or call in’s from other motorists (speeding, unsafe driving)
- Maintain vehicle documentation in accordance with provincial and company regulations (vehicle licenses, registration, insurance cards, crash kits, etc.).
- Handle all vehicle insurance, license, and registration renewals.
- Provide general administrative support for our Regional Operations Coordinators (ROC’s)
- Work out of our Canadian HQ three days per week, in person, with the option to work remotely for the remaining two days
