We are currently looking for **Loader Operator** at our **Cambridge** plant. The incumbent must be available to work on **weekend shift, Friday to Sunday, 6 am to 6 pm**.

The Loader Operator is responsible for the operation and monitoring of the equipment within their designated area, by ensuring that safety is maintained and that production objectives are met.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Load aggregate bins
- Maintenance of the loader
- Participate in production as requested
- Participate in preventive maintenance of equipment or products change as requested
- Communicates to competent persons any quality, abnormalities or faulty situations in regards to the product, batch, quality, machine, equipment, workplace or other
- Performs all other related tasks requested by his superior

**Qualifications required**:

- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience with a loader or heavy equipment
- Manufacturing work experience
- Good teamwork skills and initiative
- Safety oriented
- Good mechanical aptitudes and capability to progress as a machine operator
- Good learning capabilities
- Capability to perform continual physical work in a dusty environment
