Chudleigh's Apple Farm Is looking for a **Food Services Supervisor** to join our team for the summer and fall season **Availability: May 21st until October 31st**

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality management is a plus.
- Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic and positive
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and good stress management

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, and bartenders.
- Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of food orders.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience and improve customer satisfaction.
