**Description**

This role is Hybrid in Edmonton, Alberta - 2 days per week.

**Skills**

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- Completion of a 4-year Computer Science or Engineering degree, or a 2-year Computer Engineering/System Technology diploma from a recognized post-secondary institute is required (work experience equivalencies will be considered).
- Oracle Forms and Reports development and support experience.
- A minimum 5 years of professional experience in systems analysis.
- Experience in SQL Programming against various common enterprise databases including SQL Server and Oracle.
- Broad knowledge of computer systems technology, programming, and design techniques.
- Experience in multiple programming languages including Java or.Net (e.g., C#) languages.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented concepts, and design patterns.
- Experience with multiple toolsets for deployment, source control, and batch programming.
- Demonstrated capability to design, develop and unit test IS solutions using one or more common programming languages.
- Experience with data analytics, dashboards, and Business Intelligence (Oracle)
- Oracle PL/SQL/T SQL and/or Microsoft SQL development
- SQL Tuning
- Oracle SCM, Projects, and Financial Analytics (nice to have).
- Experience with Oracle BI (nice to have).
