Established in 2011, Brittany Glen Hearing Centre has been providing quality service to individuals affected by hearing loss, sound intolerance, tinnitus, and vestibular dysfunction for 13 years. We offer the full spectrum of hearing health services, including hearing tests, with a special focus on patient-centered care, and a range of high-quality hearing aids and accessories. Their newest venture, Auricle Inc., was established in 2022 and focuses on offering the same quality of care to the Oakville community.

**What it’s all about**:
As an Hearing Instrument Specialist, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of clients. You are able to provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

**What you will do**:

- Maintain an expertise in the selling, fitting and troubleshooting of current hearing aid technology
- Provide a high standard of care
- Follow-up with clients to ensure that appropriate care is provided

**Requirements**:

- Eligible for registration with regulatory board or provincially recognized licensing body (AHIP)
- Current knowledge of hearing health care products and services
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain a professional rapport with clients and co-workers
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Organized, personal demeanor with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for working in a patient-centered, compassionate environment
