Cambridge, Canada Clarion Medical Technologies Inc. Full time

The Marketing and Event Coordinator is accountable for a range of marketing processes and projects. This requires working closely with many internal teams as well as with Marketing Managers for the division on a consistent basis. The Marketing Coordinator is expected to be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

**The successful applicant will**:

- Work closely with the internal Marketing team to assist in the execution of marketing initiatives
- Accountable for the coordination of all aspects of divisional events including trade shows, conferences, workshops and meetings
- Assist in execution of various Marketing initiatives (i.e. Digital marketing campaigns, newsletters, advertising, collateral production such as brochures and sell sheets)
- Digital and Social Media Support
- Respond to general requests from the Marketing Team and Sales reps (i.e. shipping brochures, preparing support collateral)
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Marketing team
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing
- Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing
- High proficiency with MS Suite(Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook); Adobe experience
- Ability to operate under the pressure of tight deadlines
- Self-starter, highly motivated, ability to work in a fast-pace environment that is continually changing
- Effective project management skills with excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to be proactive with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong decision-making and judgment skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - ability to build excellent working relationships with internal and external customers
- Good team player
- Bilingual would be an asset but not a requirement
