The Regional Social Media / Marketing Manager is responsible for leading B-Hospitality’s communication efforts across traditional and digital platforms, with a unique responsibility of overseeing social media activities for three properties, Bay Front Inn, Windermere House and the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre. As the Regional Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies, crafting engaging content, and maintaining a consistent brand image across various channels.

**Job Functions**:

- Create compelling content, including posts, images, and videos for social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop visually appealing and enticing restaurant menus, incorporating a keen understanding of culinary offerings and brand messaging.
- Design eye-catching flyers and promotional materials to effectively communicate special events, promotions, and key messages to the target audience.
- Ensure that all menu and flyer designs align with the overall brand aesthetics and marketing objectives
- Develop and implement communication strategies and plans that align with the organization’s programs/initiatives and overall objectives for all three properties.
- Monitor and analyze campaign data, making necessary adjustments to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Manage and optimize bids, budgets, and ad placements across various platforms.
- Oversee social media activities for three properties, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall brand strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Post-Secondary Degree in, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or related experience within the Hospitality industry.**:

- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of social media management and communication strategies.
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills across various communication tools.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience in optimizing paid search campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign data.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and brand consistency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel may be required.
