Minimum 5 years of IT experience in handling Datacentre, Network, Security etc
- Strong analytical skills with exceptionally good judgment and ability to rapidly adapt to unfamiliar and changing situations/events.
- Complete understanding of ERP systems and how they integrate with the day to day business operations. - Streamline ERP System experience will be an asset
- Thorough understanding of SQL databases and how to source information.
- Database management: SQL and Crystal reports both creation and configuration
- Experience using PowerShell to automate SQL reports will be an asset.
- Experience implementing, administering and supporting Microsoft Windows 2019 Servers and Active Directory.
- Website management experience
- Certification on Security +, Server Administration will be an asset
- Office 365 administration, Veeam Backup & Replication knowledge will be an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Servers and clients, SAN Storage, Active Directory and disaster recovery concepts.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts including LAN/WAN infrastructure and TCP/IP routing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Thin clients, Firewalls, Access points
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (hyper-V), Vmware
- Experience in Managing VOIP telephone systems. Experience in 3CX will be an asset.
- Experience in using Ticket based system to handle support mails.
- Experience with network backups and restoration of files, including knowledge of backup software and backup hardware platforms (disk-to-disk and disk-to-tape).
- A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects
- Ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service
- Organized, self-motivated.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Superior communications skills, Proper documentation, Asset management
- Willingness to work after office hours if required for Server/Network maintenance/Uploading data to ERP system.
- Willingness to challenge current systems and provide appropriate solutions

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
